The Group began operations on 9 February 1996 with the incorporation of JANCO Aviation Pte Ltd in Singapore. A-Sonic Aerospace Pte Ltd was incorporated on 3 March 2003 in Singapore and adopted its current name on 6 August 2003. The Group is engaged in two core areas of businesses; aerospace engineering business and logistic solutions business.The Group conducts its business activities from its head office in Singapore. Currently, it has offices in 12 contries. Its customers are predominantly commercial airlines in Asia Pacific. They include airlines in China, namely, Air China group, China Eastern group and China Southern group. Other provincial airlines in China include Hainan Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Sichuan Airlines and Shanghai Airlines. The Group’s airline customers outside China include Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways, All Nippon Airways, Japan Air System, Eva Airways, Asiana Airlines, Indian Airlines, Korean Air, Malaysia Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, Thai Airways International, and Royal Brunei Airlines.
