The group's hotel owning and management business is the key contributor, accounting for about 92.8% of Group revenue as at March 2005. Other earnings are derived from sale of luxury residences in highly sought-after locations in Australia and New Zealand. We conduct our hotel as well as property development businesses directly and through our subsidiaries. Our brand names include Stamford Grand, Sir Stamford and Stamford Plaza.
