The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 28 December 2004 under the name of Automation Control Group Pte Ltd. The Company assumed its present name on 6 May 2005.The Group is a mechatronics engineering Group providing integrated solutions to its motion control and industrial computing customers, including design, customisation, assembly, installation and after sales support.Its business is divided into three segments, namely:-(a) engineering solutions including motion control(b) Industrial Computing Division; and(c) other related engineering support services.
